Second quarter construction start set for Frisco's Wade Park project

Developers of the $1.6 billion Wade Park mixed-use project in Frisco say they will start construction on the first buildings in 175-acre development in the second quarter of next year. Located at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road, the project by Atlanta-based Thomas Land & Development so far includes a Whole Foods Market grocery store and an IPic Theater And Nashville-based Bristol Development has been hired to work on the residential component of Wade Park, including 1,300 apartments.
