A Spanish leader company in Aerospace Engineering and Scientific services with more than 45 years of experience working for NASA and 35 years working for ESA seeks a candidate for postion of Secretary Administrative Assistant. the following tasks and requirements are applicable Specific Tasks The post will be based in one Unit, but will occasionally include support to other Units in the Department coverage during absence of other assistants, etc. Requirements On top of the Statement of Work activities mentioned above, some specific requirements would be as follows Easy contact with personnel and wellbalanced autonomy in the execution of the requested tasks. Rigor, commitment and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks and capacity to identify priority action, handle high workload and interface with a large number of people. Familiarity with modern electronic office automation tools e.g. Microsoft Office package Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc and techniques, electronic mailing, customised database and internet software applications. Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, and a working knowledge of French language would be an advantage. Familiarity with ESA corporate applications is a distinct advantage.
