A Spanish leader company in Aerospace Engineering and Scientific services with more than 45 years of experience working for NASA and 35 years working for ESA seeks a candidate for postion of secretaryAdministrative Assistant Specific Tasks Actively facilitate team work and collaboration within the division thus contributing to a collaborative working environment. Daily update of the divisions knowledge and information documentation and maintenance of an efficient file structure on the TECEE shared databases Alfresco, Sharepoint. Coordinate and modify the TECEE office accommodation plan as required in close collaboration with the Department administrative assistant. Support Division staff and contractors to efficiently implement DTEC TECE policy and procedures. Ad hoc support cover for other TECE assistants when absent. Requirements Proactive initiative taking. Ability to work independently but also as a key team player. Accuracy and timeliness in delivery of work. Service orientation. Ability to handle fluctuating workloads and work in a dynamic environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Requested ability to work with numerical data i.e. consolidation of section level inputs into a single divisionlevel report and conversely extract divisional data from departmental reports e.g. manpower requests, mission costs, RD activity status for easy interpretation by the Division line management. Nota Departmental database structure is relatively stable so same processes are expected to be used at each database update.
