Supplied in RoHS-compliant and halogen-free, 10-pin, 3 x 3 mm DFN package, XR71211 provides 1.5 A from voltages as low as 1.4 V and dropout voltage of 250 mV at max junction temperature without requiring external bias voltage or internal charge pump.
