1. Perform the required tests and maintenances of all EshailSat Satellite and Network Operations software, this software includes CMC software and databases Integral software Monics, compassand Optimal Satcom ECM, COMPLAN, CLBT Teleport software and databases Satellite Control Center software and databases Payload Control Center software and databases 2. Perform Deltainstallations system software upgradingfixing following the suppliers instructions. 3. Develop maintenance and operational scripts and utilities diagnostics, statistics, analysis and reporting tools. 4. Design and Implement data backup and archiving policy and systems. 5. Support developing the software requirement for the teleport, SCCPCC procurements 6. Perform software and hardware design reviews and acceptance tests for the GroundNetwork and Satellite Operations systems. 7. Act as the interface for the software, Servers and PC maintenance contracts with the suppliers. 8. Support, maintain and document software functionality. 9.
