This vacancy note concerns an onsite consulting position at ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany. Spacecraft Operations Engineer Services for ExoMars TTC 1412055 Job Description Spacecraft Operations Engineer Services for ExoMars in the Solar and Planetary Missions Division. The main areas of responsibility for this service are platform subsystems TTC, communications and Data Relay preparation, validation and maintenance of the internal and external interfaces for Mars data relay operations. The service provider may be requested to assume the responsibility and perform activities for additional subsystems or systems within the scope of general SOE services. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in spacecraft platform subsystem operations Operational experience with interplanetary missions Understanding of Flight Control Team tasks and responsibilities pre and postlaunch Fluency in English, both in speech and writing Ability to coordinate and interact with other service providers in operations and other fields. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Strong educational background in engineering or science Handson experience with ground systems and facilities required to support spacecraft operations Familiarity with the ESOC environment Operational experience with TTC subsystems, data relay indirect operations concepts The ability to multitask efficiently working on multiple activities, multiple subsystems and if applicable multiple missions simultaneously.
