Model 248/310 lets users make spectral measurements around 13 nm and throughout extreme vacuum UV and soft x-ray wavelength region. Spectrometer features 1 m focal length optics built into compact Rowland circle instrument. Grazing incidence angles promote reflective efficiency, while windowless, back-illuminated CCDs are used for direct detection of extreme vacuum UV and soft x-ray wavelengths.
