Sterling, Zale Reach Settlement in Diamond Advertising Lawsuit

Sterling Jewelers Inc. and Zale Corporation have agreed to a negotiated resolution of the lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, named Sterling Jewelers Inc. versus Zale Corp. The resolution will go into effect on March 1, 2014.
