For Astrium in Bremen within the area Technical Data Management we are looking for a Support Development Engineer for Data Management Engineering Applications Germany mf. The jobholder will manage IM projects dealing with engineering data used during the different phases of our main programmes e.g. Ariane 5, ATV, M51. HeShe will join the IM EADS ASTRIUM Product Data Management PDM team in charge of implementation and operation of IM solutions mainly based on COTS Windchill, Doors, etc.. Your responsibilities will include Analysing business needs Designing solutions consistent with PDM standards and information system policy Leading development subcontracted Managing the validation phase shared with the contracting authority Managing the deployment phase shared with IT Contributing to management and operation of deployed Product Data Management PLM environments Tasks With regard to Windchill solutions Defining, specifying, testing and operating PDM solutions SIA V3V4 and V5 future CM system Defining, specifying and supporting the deployment of Astrium Space Transportation PDM harmonised solutions based on EADS recommendations Defining, specifying and contributing to Data Management System DMS and operations Adisca New Adisca Regarding SAP PDMDMS administration Operatingadministrating SAP server for document distribution, digital stamp or conversion Regarding engineering, software, systems engineering solutions Contributing to, leading and managing activities and projects in the main engineering domains such as requirement management, software development environment, system engineering databases, and system engineering collaborative environment Regarding engineering interfaces Defining, specifying, testing and operating PLM interfaces with or without EAI technology Regarding logistics applications Supportingoperatingadministrating WinSpedWebSped We are looking for candidates with the following skills Degree in information technology or similar with a proven professional experience in a similar domain Knowledge of product life cycle, engineering domain and configuration Technologysoftware skills Essential knowledge WindowsUNIX LINUX, SQL Database Query, Semaphore issue creationtracking, JIRA issue creationtracking, TDM tool knowledge WindChillSAPVPM, Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Access and SharePoint Ideally knowledge in Programming, Java, C, Perl, Unix scripting, Oracle, MySQL, Access, HTML WebXMLXSLT document, Web HTML, Javascript, Web Services, methodology, UML, Scrum, Doors English and German negotiation level, knowledge of French would be an advantage You have excellent communication skills, are a team player and are used to an international environment, have the ability to teach and to visualise issues, and the ability to abstract problems and issues in an analytical way TO APPLY click here
