Realtor.com chief economist Jonathan Smoke says that the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington market is going to be the second-hottest market this spring. As the spring homebuying season approaches, experts are saying Waco is slated to have the hottest market in the country, followed by Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington.
