Housed in 3.0 x 2.0 mm µDFN-10 package, Model SP2574NUTG protects differential data lines from ESD, CDE, EFT, and lightning-induced surge damage. Device can protect up to 4 channels or 2 differential pairs up to 40 A and 30 kV ESD. Low capacitance of 3.8 pF from each I/O to ground, low dynamic resistance of 0.13 Ω, and low clamping voltage make product suitable for protecting high-speed data interfaces, such as 1 GbE applications found in notebooks, switches, and servers.
