Housed in 2.0 x 1.0  µDFN-08 package with 0.40 mm typical height, 3.3 V Series SP3312T can safely absorb up to 15 A per IEC 61000-4-5 without performance degradation and minimum ±30 kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2. Devices integrate 4 channels of low capacitance diodes to protect sensitive I/O pins from damage due to lightning-induced surge events and electrostatic discharge. Targeted applications include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, LAN/WAN equipment, home automation, and security.
