Featuring 150 W peak pulse power at 10/1,000 µs with low capacitance of 4 pF max, Models 1N8149 to 1N8182 and Models 1N8149US to 1N8182US provide protection of high speed data lines and other applications with speeds up to 500 Mbit/s. Halogen-free hermetic devices come in voltages from 6.8–170 V and comply with high-end industrial and avionics ESD, EFT, and lower level lightning threats in accordance with IEC61000-4-2, IEC61000-4-5, and RTCA-DO160 specifications.
