(Telecompaper) Tele2 announced the appointment of Jeff Dodds as executive vice president and CEO of Tele2 Netherlands. He replaces Ernst Jan van Rooijen, the interm CEO since Gunther Vogelpoel stepped down in November 2013. Van Rooijen will continue as CFO. Dodds comes from Virgin Media in the UK, where he worked five years, most recently as chief marketing officer.
