Dimock Township residents Nolen Scott Ely, facing camera, is embraced by Raymond Hubert after both won their settlement against Cabot Oil & Gas based in Houston Texas, on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at the William J. Nealon Federal Building and U.S. Couthouse in downtown Scranton, Pa. Mr. Ely and his wife Monica Marta-Ely were awarded $ 2. 75 million dollars and Mr. Hubert and his wife Victoria were awarded $ 1.49 million dollars after Cabot was held responsible for contaminating their well water.
