Powered by battery, 4-channel Model USB-5104 measures J, K, T, E, R, S, B, or N type thermocouples and can store up to 1.9 million measurements. Unit includes high and low alarms as well as burst logging mode, allowing logger to vary sampling intervals based on changing temperature conditions. Start, stop, and restart pushbuttons facilitate operation. Set up via included software and USB connection to PC or Mac, logger can save data to variety of formats including .csv for Excel.
