Train derails west of Estevan

Canadian Pacific Railway is citing human error as the cause for a train derailment just west of Estevan on February 28. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. Three empty grain cars went off the tracks near the intersection of Highway 39 and Sister Roddy Road. There were no injuries and no public safety concerns.
