TransDigm Group Prices Offering of $450 Million Senior Subordinated Notes

TransDigm Group Incorporated announced today that on May 6, 2015, its wholly-owned subsidiary, TransDigm Inc. , priced its private offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2025 . The Notes will be issued at a price of 100.00% of their principal amount.
