DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Dalila was located near latitude 21.6 North, longitude 120.4 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 6 mph (9 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue this morning. A turn toward the west-northwest is forecast to occur this afternoon, and that general motion should continue until the system dissipates in a couple of days. Maximum sustained winds remain near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast during the next couple of days, and Dalila is expected to become a post-tropical remnant low later today. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
