CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, Fla. -- The U.S. Navy and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) are ready to launch the second Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) satellite here on Friday, July 19 aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket.
