Operating with input voltages from 2.8–5.5 V, Model XTR70010 can provide 32 different output voltages in steps of 100 mV from 0.5–3.6 V, with no external resistor. Device features hiccup over current protection, low-power mode, UVLO, thermal shutdown, and output overshoot limitation. With dropout voltage of 0.9 V per Amp of output current at 230°C, regulator is suitable for power supplies for microprocessors, memories, and sensors, as well as post regulation after POL DC-to-DC converters.
