UPS Worker Arrested In Sexual Assaults On 2 Underage Girls

A 15-year veteran of the United Parcel Service has been arrested after the LAPD says he sexually assaulted two underage girls in South L.A. Anthony Leroy Tinzly, 36, has been charged with 12 felony counts, including kidnapping, rape, sodomy and robbery, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said.
