US Oil, Gas Exports Severely Disrupted by Hurricane Laura

The closures of Houston Port, Beaumont and Port Arthur due to Hurricane Laura were expected to reduce seaborne crude oil export capacity in the U.S. by nearly 1 million bbl/d.
