US Virgin Islands to file violations against rum operations

" The U.S. Virgin Islands' environmental agency plans to file violation orders against rum producers on St. Croix, including a subsidiary of global liquor giant Diageo PLC. Department of Planning and Natural Resources spokesman Jamal Nielsen says authorities are "crafting violation orders" against Cruzan and Diageo USVI.
