Two electrical worker unions on Monday presented more than 830 signatures of workers to Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and Attorney General George Jepsen, charging that Northeast Utilities' Yankee Gas and Connecticut Light & Power divisions are engaged in union busting. Pressing further on recent "no confidence" votes, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Locals 420 and 457 charged that the closure of CL&P work centers in Greenwich and New Milford, as well as a Yankee Gas facility in Ansonia, are putting the public at risk.
