Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine has announced a lawsuit against a Columbus used car seller accused of failing to deliver motor vehicle titles to consumers. The lawsuit accuses Ne-Plus-Ultra LLC, doing business as First Look Auto Group, and its owner Gordon C. Newlin of violating Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act and Certificate of Motor Vehicle Title Act by failing to apply for and obtain certificates of title for customers as required by law.
