Uzbekistan to direct over $18.5B to oil, gas sphere till 2019

The National Holding Company Uzbekneftegaz plans to direct $18.7 billion for the development of oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan in 2015-2019, Chairman of the Uzbekneftegaz Board Shokir Faizullaev said May 13 at the international conference "Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan." He said that it is planned to implement 54 investment projects, including 39 projects with well developed financing schemes with a total value of $7.1 billion during the next five years in the oil and gas industry of the country.
