With throughput of up to 196 lb/hr, VBD™ 150 vacuum resin dryer uses gravity to move material through vertically arranged stages of drying process. Material discharge from one stage to next is controlled via slide-gate valves, eliminating most moving parts and gaskets. Along with continuous batching operation, system features 3 vertically arranged, insulated, stainless steel-lined vessels for, respectively, heating, application of vacuum, and retention of resin in dry state.
