(Telecompaper) Vodafone Spain reported organic service revenues down a further 8.7 percent year on year to EUR 978 million in its fiscal second quarter to the end of September, compared to declines of 9.3 percent and 8.0 percent in the previous two quarters, attributed to the continued impact of commercial actions taken over the past year to improve the competitiveness of its offers, the decision not to renew what it described as "unprofitable" football content rights and a shift in overall market demand towards the value segment.
