Operating at 4,100–4,300 MHz with tuning voltage of 0.5–4.5 Vdc, Model V844ME36-LF provides better than 1.1:1 tuning linearity, typical tuning sensitivity of 93 MHz/V, and spectrally clean signal of -110 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. Unit delivers 3 dBm of output power into 50 Ω load while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 15 mA of current. Housed in MINI-14S-L package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.13 in., RoHS-compliant VCO features extended commercial temperature range of -40 to +85°C.
