Water complaints lessen, but measures continue

The Leigh Street Water Plant is now receiving fewer calls about foul taste and discoloration of water than it has over the past few weeks, according to Clay Samples, superintendent of the water plant. However, Samples said the plant is continuing the use of activated carbon and still its flushing storage tanks to rid the system of any impurities.
