Xiaomi launches Redmi 3 smartphone in China

(Telecompaper) Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi has expanded its entry-level Redmi smartphone line, with the launch of 'Redmi 3'. The smartphone is currently available only in China fir CNY 699 (approximately USD 107). The device features a metallic body, 4,100mAh battery and 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor.
