The projects in the pipeline are Introduction of the Office 365 ecosystem Design and deploy of Identity and Access Management tool IBM IGI Design and deploy of digital certificate to allow digital signature Configuration of request management, asset management and recharge management tool based on the ServiceNow SaaS Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Defining and documenting user requirement related to the evolution activities. Designing new IT solutions aligned with the user requirements. Implementing IT solutions in test or validation environments. Overseeing the infrastructure upgrades, change of configuration and deployments in the production environment. Preparation and reviews of technical documentations. Design, document and deploy Proof of Concepts POCs on new IT solutions. Coordinate pilots engaging users, collecting and documenting their feedback on new IT services. Participation to meetings and presentations when needed. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have technical degree with a minimum of 4 years experience. You have expert knowledge of the MS Office 365 ecosystem in particular of Microsoft Teams Skype for Business, Teams Project on line, planner, Todo MS Office on line Onedrive Yammer You have expert knowledge and handson experience on the setup and configuration of the MS Teams. You have expert knowledge of MS Office 365 authentication and authorization options ADFS, MS MFA You have strong knowledge and handson experience of powershell You have knowledge of MS Office 365 conditional access You have proven handson experience in the design of solutions based on MS Office 365. Location ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands Description Head of the EndUser Services Division, Information Technology Department, Directorate of Internal Services. The Division is responsible for providing endtoend IT services dedicated to establishing, maintaining and evolving endusers digital workplace capabilities across the Agency. The responsibilities will be discharged in close collaboration with user communities and through shared governance models, making use of common infrastructure and services. Duties The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of staff, contractors and serviceproviders with a customerfunded budget of approximately 25myr, and for providing IT services including procurement and management of IT devices and licenses for the digital workplace identification, implementation, operation and evolution of collaboration tools central user support and local support at all ESA sites supporting ICT implementation of smart spaces in support of the new ways of working across the Agency identification, implementation, operations and evolution of unified communication solutions. They should possess strong social, relationship, empathic and listening skills and an exceptional ability to understand the core needs of customers. They need to be fully committed and convinced of teamwork and teamspirit effectiveness and able to take prime responsibility for the products and services they deliver. They should effectively be able to manage change for acceptance, adoption, and effective use of technology. As a general requirement for any position at managerial level within ESA, candidates are expected to have proven experience of leading, motivating and developing a team the ability to provide strategic direction to the individuals and teams within the Division and relate team objectives to the overall and evolving organisational goals and context the ability to drive performance and foster cooperation within and across teams throughout the organisation demonstrated excellent leadership, relationship management and communication skills, oral and written excellent cognitive, analytical, delegation, planning and organisational skills the ability to anticipate problems, solve complex issues and relate situations to context the ability to reach solutionoriented, pragmatic and timely decisions of high standard and integrity as well as to support others team members, senior management, other stakeholders in this process. Previous experience of managing managers and multiple teams, as well as experience outside of the candidates home country and in diverse functional areas relevant to ESAs activities, is an asset.
