A Spanish leader company in Aerospace Engineering and Scientific services with more than 45 years of experience working for NASA and 35 years working for ESA seeks a candidate for a Resource Controller. Specific Tasks The postholder will be assigned to the Resource Management Office of the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management DTEC and will be responsible for Coordination and consolidation of multiyear workload andor workforce planning at competence level. Proactive workforce forecasting, controlling, analysis and reporting, including contractors, staff, young graduate trainees, research fellows and trainees in the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management. Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as Human Resources, programmeproject controllers, as well as within DTEC. Interfacing with Directorates line management in support of workloadworkforce issues. Proactively contributing to the definition, implementation and improvement of management support processes, methods and tools. Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analyses of the Directorate. Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Requirements Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets and have an affinity with manpower control. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be client focussed. They should have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team.
