West Coast ports union recommends labour deal

The International Longshore & Warehouse Union (ILWU) has voted in favour of a five-year labour agreement for some 20,000 dockworkers at 29 US West Coast ports, which was tabled earlier this year with the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA).
