Sellwood-Moreland Sewer Rehab Project Construction Update: August 11, 2015

Southwest Ventilation Project Update: August 7, 2015

Environmental Services is working on a project to reduce sewer odors and increase the capacity of the Southwest Parallel Interceptor sewer system. The project is designed to accommodate current needs and potential growth. Since February, the contractor has installed about 1,000 feet of 24-inch concrete pipe and 6 manholes along SW Taylors Ferry Road.

SW 86th Avenue Pump Station Project Update August 6, 2015: Two trees to be removed

Later this month, the contractor will remove two alder trees next to the Fanno Creek Trail on the north side of the project site (east of the bridge). The trees interfere with construction and are a safety risk for the public and construction workers. The Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District has approved the tree removal.

Kenton Sewer Repair Project Construction Update: August 5, 2015

Environmental Services is replacing about 7,000 feet of public sewer pipes in the Kenton neighborhood that are between 80 and 90 years old and deteriorating due to age. This project will increase sewer capacity and reduce the risks of street flooding and sewage releases to homes, businesses and streets.

SW Riverview Force Main Project Update: August 5, 2015
