Organise the formal reviewsmeetings Preparation of organisation note Review of consistency of datapackage for each reviewsmeetings Coordination of the review process through documentation allocation and collection of feedback from the team Followup GSOp implementation on dispositions and outcome form reviewsmeetings Tracking of project actionsRIDs Secretariat Organiser of all transversal programme reviews SCR, SVR etc and key project reviews e.g. MPM, QSPR, milestones Maintenance of Documentation approval list status Participation in main reviews, keypoints and boards Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline.
