A video showing the aftermath of a crash in which an El Paso police officer was killed in 2012 was presented to jurors Friday while testimony continued in a $30-million lawsuit filed by the officer's parents. The video taken by El Paso police Officer Albert Gandara showed the wreckage left behind when Officer Angel David Garcia was killed at about 7 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2012.

Glare from the sun may have been a contributing factor in a 2012 crash in which an El Paso police officer was killed on Interstate 10, according to testimony in a $30-million lawsuit. On the second day of testimony in the suit filed by the parents of Officer Angel David Garcia, lawyers from both sides used a video from an El Paso Police Department investigation and a witness' testimony to argue the role sun glare may have played in the collision.
