We are looking for a System Support Engineer to provide engineering consultancy to a number of preoperational support activities to the Mission Control Teams, linked to the evolutions and new developments required within the EO FOS and in particular the Sentinel Expansion missions. The areas of support shall cover Ground Systems PreOperations Support FOS Assembly, Integration and Validation preOperational Support SpacetoGround Interfaces testing and validation preOperational Support Travel is estimated at approximately six missions per year. Security clearance is required. You shall familiarise yourself with the Sentinels Expansion mission aspects you are supporting and in general with the procedures and tools that are in use to operate EO missions. Considerable initiative, flexibility and independence in executing the assigned tasks is required.
