The Telecommunications department at OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a Communication Payload Systems Engineer mfd The job involves working closely with spacecraft systems, structural, thermal, and AIT engineering to ensure acceptable payload performance from the design phase until the inorbit phase passing by the onground test activities. A portfolio of project responsibilities will be assigned each task having the objective of successful development, integration, test, and acceptance of payload performance. Simultaneous projects in various stages allows for a unique and exciting combination of tasks from early development, to onground and inorbit performance evaluation. Part of the software corrective maintenance is also considered at L1 level. Cooperate with the next level of maintenance Level 2, escalating incidents and supporting their resolution. Review new technical documentation and test new system installations, raising any anomaly according to the required formal process. Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by operators or found during the maintenance activities. Contribution to develop and update the needed procedures for your activities.
