The Corporate Security department at OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a Cyber Internal Auditor mfd Your Tasks Representation of the Cyber Internal Auditor and participation in the implementation process for security audits at OHB and all relevant subcontractors at project level Identifying, organizing, supporting, analyzing, and planning auditable activities applicable to the audit program Evaluation of the level of compliance of the information security management system and implemented security measures with defined requirements, security policies in place and the appropriate safety standards Creation of cyber security audit reports about the effectiveness of security measures Assessing whether the management system objectives are being achieved effectively Reporting to relevant stakeholders Your Qualifications Master degree in computer science, engineering with a focus on information security, or a comparable degree Initial practical working experience in the field of information security or risk management and in auditing IT Infrastructure regarding IT Security Knowledge of national legal requirements and international standards in information security e.g. BSI Standards and Certification, ISOIEC 27001, etc. audit standards such as ISO 27007 and audit techniques Knowledge of different attacking scenarios, threats and hacking groups Ideally in possession of a CISA certificates or equal Excellent analytical skills and well developed documentation and communication skills Team player with ability to work autonomously with a strong customeroriented work attitude Fluent in written and spoken English German language skills would be an asset

Main tasks SW Check As part of the EUMETSAT Acceptance and Delivery activities, the tasks to be completed as part of the SW checks include SW packages clarifications regarding e.g. data or test files to be excluded, identification of COTS, etc., using automated SW scanning tools to Analyse SW packages against third party IPRs Identify potential vulnerabilities in SW packages Assess the Quality of SW packages Produce a report to be sent to the requesters Provide answers and clarifications about the report, if required SW checks and analysis as part of the engineering evolutions, new developments and maintenance activities performed in the Operational Ground Segments Aqually performing the automatic check and analysis of IPRs, SW Quality and Vulnerabilities Using JIRA or any similar ticketing system that EUMETSAT could adopt for the internal management of the endtoend SW check requests, from the moment the request is raised, until the results are reported. Liaising with the request originator may be required during the fulfilment of this task Internal management of the resources of this service to perform the SW checks according to its priority, complexity and committed time of response defined by EUMETSAT Checking and reporting of any issue identified in the SW checks tools preventing their use or affecting the quality of the results. Provision of service to the engineering teams in The preparation of the SW releases to go under the SW checks The understanding of the analysis results reported by the TSS QA team The provision of guidance to clean the SW from the identified issues. The contribution will be provided via trainings, coaching activities, production of documentation, specific meetings or interactions Provision of weekly indicators on the status of the Software checks and service performance Maintenance of the required tools configuration Jira, checking tools, templates and practices Word documents, confluence pages at EUMETSAT to enable the implementation of the above identified tasks. Coordination of SW Checks Control and report on SW Checks SLAs Distribute tasks and actions to the key personsservice team members for the performance of the SW checks Propose improvements in the SW checks towards continuously providing a high quality service Prioritise SW checks request with TSS QA staff Follow up, monitor and manage the execution of the SW checks tasks and report to the TSS QA staff on their progress status Provide trend analyses on SW checks performance to identify potential issues or improvement options Define, produce and maintain in a repository accessible by EUMETSAT all the procedures necessary to provide the SW checks and all SW checks reports to revise their quality. Skills A University degree minimum Bachelor in Computer Science or a related technical field, complemented by at least 3 years of professional experience in SW checks and analysis, SW Quality or SW Engineering Experience in the use of SW analysis tools such as SW Quality and IPR checking tools Experience in the analysis of IPR checking results, associated risks and formulation of derived recommendations Experience in the management of services called by users, acting as interface with them and managing their requests until closure Experience in the support to teams in the resolution of issues found with the checking tools Experience in the creation of documentation, good practices and implementation guides for the execution of the activities and for training purposes Experience in the SW System Engineering Experience in provision of services Experience in SW checks SW quality, IPR, security Experience in provision of support to teams Experience in Coding Standards, with special focus on CC, Java, Python and FORTRAN Experience in software development projects Experience with new technologies e.g. Cloud Computing, Docker and development methodologies e.g. Agile, DevOps Knowledge and experience applying Engineering or Quality standards such as ECSS branch or ISO9000 family standards Handson experience in Software development methods and tools Generation of metrics, indicators and dashboards, with focus on software quality and software development processes Good English communication skills verbal and written and teamworking ability Skilled in using the Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Outlook.
