Senior Business Analyst, CRM Ref SES0754 Region Europe Location Luxembourg Betzdorf Company SES Category IT Software Development Position Staff Published 20160308 Context In order to support SES strategic business orientations, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, CRM. Heshe is a liaison, working within the Global ERP GERP team, analysing and supporting the needs of the SES commercial and technical organisations. The inumbent will advertise the available offerings to the various Business Process Owners BPOs, proposing and implementing technical solutions for new and enhanced CRM services to solve the commercial requirements. Heshe will need to be inventive at times to achieve the most efficient solutions possible. This is done through engaging with endusers at all levels of the organisation and most importantly, coordinating with the whole GERP team to ensure consistent and efficient solutions across the integrated environment. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the developers to make sure the output matches business expectations, and will work with the Demand Management, Architecture Management, Applications Delivery and IT Service Delivery as needed. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for setting realistic expectations about the scope and timing of delivery, following the established SES IT processes in the implementations Responsibilities Engage with BPOs to help define Business Requirements Analyse and propose alternative technical solutions with development team support as needed to BPOs, then work with them to document the changes and their benefits Work with the CRM manager and Commercial managers on behalf of the BPOs for prioritisation and scheduling of changes Work with developers directly on the execution of the changes Ensure all technical documentation is maintained Ensure the development design is efficient and performant Execute the first functional testing before handing off to BPOs for acceptance Work with the BPOs on identifying appropriate training needs, supporting the process as needed. Ensure compliance with the GERP team methodologiesprocedures Liaise with other areas of IT sections to estimate, plan and initiate projects, and set realistic expectations Market the tools and capabilities of the GERP team, providing excellent customer service and becoming an asset to the commercial organisation Experience Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Business Admin Minimum 57 years industry related experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Other languages beneficial Minimum 3 to 5 years SAP CRM implementation configuration experience with proven project experience working either for Top Tier Consultancy practices or FTSE100 SAP based organisations Completed at least 2 full life cycles of SAP implementation Experience across at least some of the following SAP Core business process SD, CRM, GTS Has good knowledge of business processes and can write good quality reports Some international travel required Excellent team player and ability to effectively interact at levels of the organisation Strong understanding of business and IT processes Strong ability to take and challenge business requirements in order to find the most efficient solutions possible Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, meet goals and provide results Effective analytical abilities High level of integrity and work ethic Project management skills to take the lead on smaller change projects Commitment to professional and personal development Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to nontechnical people Our Offer Competitive salary package, coupled with a diverse array of challenges and development benefits.
