An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a User Support Analyst to man and operate the Service Desk as part of the Service Desk Team in compliance with the Service Level Agreements and provide first and second level user and technical support and services. Knowledge of Outlook configuration and administration and troubleshooting in an MS exchange environment The successful candidate will have a customer focused and service orientated attitude along with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when under pressure and dealing with demanding customers. Experience in a structured ISO 9000 certified andor ITIL based information technology service organisation along with experience using Microsoft Management Console, software distribution systems and hardware installation, maintenance and troubleshooting would all be considered advantageous.
