The consultant will acquire and maintain a Systemwide view of the Sentinel3 ground segment. In particular, the consultant will maintain operational expertise on all aspects of the FOS. The consultant will review any planned changes to the system configurations for the Sentinel3 ground segment, and support the investigation of anomalies encountered through the routine system and ground segment operations. The consultant will provide support to the development and operations preparation for recurrent Sentinel3 satellites. The consultant will interface with project teams on the implementation of system upgrades to support major operations projects, including System MidTerm Evolution Plan, recurrent satellites, and any System hardware and operating system obsolescence upgrade.
