Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Provide system engineering support to the PDGS Payload Data Ground Segment Common Services. Implementation of minor TellUS evolution and maintenance tasks in particular relating to TellUS core processes service catalogue, incidents, problems, changes and releases. Development and maintenance of selected TellUS scripts both on the platform and in the data import function. Acceptance testing of new ServiceNow releases and TellUS maintenance and evolution output. Preparation, maintenance and evolution of TellUS dashboards and reports. Maintenance of TellUS system documentation. Provide Engineering Support to ESA in the execution of adhoc activities derived from the change control board processes. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory At least Master level or equivalent in a relevant technical or scientific discipline e.g. Space system engineering.
