A JetBlue Airways flight attendant who allegedly tried to smuggle nearly 60 pounds of cocaine in her carry-on luggage and fled when Los Angeles International Airport security officials pulled her aside for a random baggage search has been ordered jailed without bail pending trial. Marsha Gay Reynolds, 31, who allegedly kicked off her Gucci high heels as she ran from the airport March, was initially granted $500,000 bail during a hearing in a New York court last month, but a Los Angeles judge overturned the decision.

The OneWeb project aims to provide permanent and affordable web connectivity throughout the world. Airbus Defence Space was selected by OneWeb as a partner for developing and producing a new generation of 900 satellites, leading to a revolutionary change in our Space industry and creating the first mass production of satellites in history. You will join the COO team and will work under the responsibility of the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. You will especially be in charge of Thermal and Structure flight equipment and will be the main and official point of contact towards the suppliers in charge of managing the subcontract execution OnTime and OnCost performances as a priority but also Onquality. Thanks to supplier intimacy, you will acquire an indepth knowledge of the equipmentsuppliers to an effective control of the suppliers and will coordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the suppliers management procurement, technical, quality, material processes, commercial contract. Due to the specific features of the 900 satellites constellation for Oneweb, you will also be a main actor for the suppliers development, when necessary. As a focal point towards the suppliers, your main tasks and responsibilities will include o Consolidating all aspects of Supplier Statement of Work and monitoring its execution, o Managing all aspects of the subcontract execution, in particular being responsible for OT OC OQ delivery of equipment and related documentation services, o Managing daily the supplier from subcontract kickoff to delivery of all deliverables chairing progress meetingsdesigning reviewsproduction, reviews including quality gates by delegation, leading deviationwavering process, leading nonconformance process, leading change process, and as such coordinating the interfaces of all stakeholders involved in supplier management technical, quality, material processes, commercial contract, o Acquiring an indepth knowledge of the equipmentsuppliers leading to an effective control of the supplier, o Identifying the suppliers risks and proposing mitigation actions, o Setting shortterm recovery plans and ensuring local followupsupport to development plans, o Performing the annual suppliers evaluation with appropriate support, o Authorising payment release, after validation of the compliance of deliveries by the stakeholders, o Helpingmanaging the development of the suppliers, when necessary. This role will involve some travel for business once a month worldwide for a week and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. The European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency GSA has set up a selection procedure that aims to establishing a reserve list for CryptoDistribution and Flight Key Cell Officer. The Flight Key Officer leads the FKC and is also an Officer of the SAB CDA reporting to the SAB via the SAB CDA coordinator. During the Galileo launch campaign the FKC Officer acts as the supervisor of the Flight Key Cell in an operational capacity and reports COMSEC status and risks to both the EU GNSS Distribution Authority for the correct operational COMSEC management of the Programme and the SAB CDA for the provision of independent COMSEC risk assessment to the SAB. The tasks and responsibilities shall in principle include without limitation Running and managing the FKC COMSEC Account in the role of Crypto Custodian Maintaining the FKC assurance and operations risk registers on behalf of the SAB CDA and the EU GNSS Distribution Authority EU GNSS DA respectively Supporting the CDA Coordinator in the preparation of budget, schedule, deliverables and risks associated with the Flight Key Cell activities Preparing FKC activities for incoming launch campaign in relation with ESA, the Galileo Control Centres in Italy and Germany and the launch site in Kourou French Guyana Transporting classified flight keys from Galileo Control Centres to the launch site Supervising crypto activities from the generation of the keys to the loading of the keys into the satellites and surveillance of the classified satellites until the launch Ensuring the availability of a fully operational FKC team during each phases of a launch campaign, in close relation with the Member States national FKC team leaders Handling security incidents with national and GNSS Programme authorities Providing regular reporting to the SAB CDA Task Force, EU GNSS DA, Panel and SAB on current activities status and risks Typical tasks Management of the FKCs COMSEC register Organisation and planning of the FKCs activities meetings, key generations, transports, launch campaigns Coordination of the FKC team availability, training, administrative status, etc. Liaison with the CNES Centre Spatial Guyanas security team for preparing and managing the tools and resources made available to the FKC Liaison with the CNES CSG security team and French authorities for assessing the threat on the Flight keys during the launch campaign activities Production and maintenance of the FKCs processes, procedures, checklists, reports and various supporting or regulatory documents such as security notice or EU GNSS COMSEC items transportation plans Liaison with SAB CDA TF and EU GNSS DA to inform them on the current status of the FKC and the flight keys before decisional milestones Support to the CryptoDistribution Manager in hisher tasks Such description of tasks may evolve together with the evolution of the Agencys missions and organisation. The position is colocated with the SAB CDA Coordinator and Head of the EU GNSS Distribution Authority in the GSA Headquarters Prague, CZ and entails frequent missions to the European Union, in particular to France, Italy, Germany and to the launch site in Kourou French Guyana. The post requires presence at the launch site from the arrival of the satellites to the launch estimated at a maximum of 60 days in Kourou for each Soyuz launch campaign and 90 days for each Ariane 5 launch campaign, with 2 or 3 launch campaigns expected each year in the coming years. The FKC Officer shall be expected to work on future evolutions of the FKC in particular to allow for deputation of the FKC Officer in order to shorten the time spent on operational duties abroad.
