Job Description You will be working in the department of Satellite Tests Bench and Simulations The department is composed of about 50 people in charge of providing the necessary facilities to test and simulate equipments and the satellite itself. Those facilities are used for all satellite life phases designing, manufacturing, testing and flying operations. You will provide the Dynamic Satellite Simulator in order to simulate the satellites functional chains power, avionic, thermical, payload. This simulator is the key to validate and operate the satellite during all the phases of flying, from the separation with the launcher to the flying operations. You elaborate the technical and financial proposal. You interface with multidisciplinary teams working together to realize the satellite and in particular with satellite architects from the different functional chains. With your team, you elaborate the design, the development and the validation of the simulator. This facility simulates all the equipments of the satellite and its space environment. You lead a team of development and follow up the subcontractors. You are guarantor of the compliance and the quality for the delivery regarding costs and delay Within the first use phases after the delivery you assure the support of satellite qualification. Technical skills Masters degree in space engineering or computer science Engineer experienced in space engineering or computer science Experience in project management in the fields of simulation Knowledge on the languages CC, Python, Matlab Fluency in English is mandatory.
