Butali and Western Kenya representatives told the house agriculture committee that the regulations will enable them ensure contracted farmers clear their debts before selling their products to other Millers. At the end of the day on Monday, July 15, Dale Miller will turn out the lights and walk out of the door of his office and into retirement after just over 40 years on the National Hog Farmer magazine staff.
