Weve been hearing a lot lately about Customer Experience and were intrigued when John Norris, president of AmeriFleet Transportation, invited us to their Alpharetta, GA headquarters to learn how the companys approach has redefined the way it does business. Mike Sheldrick's article in Fleet Transportation will give you an idea of how greatly the 'Customer Experience' focus has permeated AmeriFleet's culture. This issue of Fleet Management Weekly has a number of articles dealing with fleet safety solutions. We have enormous respect for the work the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) is doing.
