Rsum du poste Le gestionnaire de lingnierie des systmes est responsable daffecter du personnel dingnierie qualifi aux programmes de vols, la prparation des soumissions et aux projets de recherche et dveloppement RD. Recrutement et formation dingnieurs lectriciens pour les fonctions suivantes conception et analyse du rendement des modules RF conception et analyse des conducteurs en courant continu analyse du rayonnement et protection contre le rayonnement laboration des spcifications concernant les units et suivi technique auprs des soustraitants conception et analyse du rendement des systmes de radars laboration et excution de plans et de procdures dessai visant les charges utiles et les soussystmes. Gestion du volet technique li au rendement des systmes et de la qualit du travail dingnierie par la participation au conseil de supervision technique et la prsidence occasionnelle du groupe. Soutien la prparation de soumissions aspect technique, cot, chancier, soumissions visant loctroi dimportants contrats de soustraitance et ngociations, au besoin. Establish unit specification and technical followup with subcontractors Radar system design and performance analysis Prepare and execute payloads and subsystems test plans and procedures. Responsible for the technical aspects of the systems performance and quality of the engineering work. Will attend, and occasionally lead technical overview board. Support proposal preparation technical, costing, scheduling, major sub contract quotes, negotiations as required Program management of some projects Maintain high level of expertise within the department through training. Specific Service tasks Main Service Tasks Responsibilities The main area of activity will be SW development for the implementation of the Data Processing Subsystem DPS within the BepiColombo Science Control System at the Science Ground Segment. The activity will also imply integration, operation and maintenance of the Data Processing infrastructure, components and tools. Service Work Package Descriptions and Scope The service to be will encompass contributing to the requirements definition, design, implementation and testing of the BepiColombo Science Control System BSCS with specific focus on the Data Processing side of the BSCS. Specific Qualification Requirements The service to be provided requires that the personnel should possess a university background in a scientific or technical subject and relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in general software development and software engineering with good understanding of space operations.
